I strongly recommend that you read Part 1 before looking at this tutorial, but it isn't strictly required.
I know that you probably don't reading, but a general rule is that you can't draw what you don't understand.
And reading is one of the ways to get that understanding.

What I like most about yours is how you setup the thumb.  I'm still struggling with hands. I actually had trouble learning hands with this setup. I ended up doing hands by making a line in front of and slightly wider than the forearm to mark where the palm would be, then the circles and such to mark the thickness and such.
